How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier company name is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website and enter the AWB # to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

How are your pieces made?

All our products are handmade by skilled artisans in India.  
Because they are handmade, each piece is one of a kind; no two pieces are the same.

What materials do you work with?

Our pieces are casted in brass and then plated with 22K gold. We use an array of semi precious gemstones (amethyst, turquoise, garnets, carnelian, peridot and more), agate stones, druzy stones and baroque pearls. You can find specifics for each piece on its product page.

What kind of stones do you use?

We use a variety of semi precious stones (finished and natural) along with a lot of natural agate stone, druzy stones and baroque pearls. Since we use only natural stones no two stones are alike. Which is what makes our earrings very unique.

ARE THE COLOURS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?

We cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen's display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the site. We try our best to give you an accurate image and detailed information to help you choose your pieces and be confident about your purchases.
