SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Atrangibykritika, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. 

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We ship & deliver our products across the country. In case your location is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we will intimate you after receiving your order.

  • Our orders are shipped out within 3-5 working days. While we try to ship all orders at the earliest, the time to dispatch may vary depending on the product. Orders will take longer during festivals and sales.

  • In case you require an expedited shipping, please reach out to us on our email: atrangibykritika@gmail.com  and we can arrange for priority delivery on a paid basis.

  • You can choose from multiple payment options such as net banking, credit card and debit card payment. 

  • We will send you the tracking details as soon as we dispatch the order. In case you do not receive these details within 5 days of placing your order please reach out to us on our email ID- atrangibykritika@gmail.com

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Before you go in for a return/exchange of a product, we’d like you to know that each Atrangibykritika piece is handcrafted and no two pieces can be exactly the same. We use natural stones and because of the natural beauty of these semi precious stones, there may be some colour, texture or size differences in the pieces. This could result in the jewellery that you receive differing slightly in colour to the jewellery is featured on our website.


Please note that all of our jewellery is hand-crafted using quality metals and natural gemstones, this means that your jewellery could host minor marks and inclusions.  We will not accept returns or exchanges due to the natural marks and inclusions within our jewellery.

  • All our products are individually quality-checked for any defects or damages. We also ensure that we pack each item well so there is minimum chance of breakage during transit.

  • In the rare event that you find a damaged or wrong product, please reach out to us within 48 hours. You can email us Atrangibykritika@gmail.com to notify us with the reason for return/exchange of the product. Eg. If you receive the product on 4th Jan’21, we expect the return intimation by 6th Jan’21. After 6th, no return/exchange requests will be entertained. Please put in the details along with a picture of the damaged/incorrect piece.

  • Once we have received your e-mail and our team has authorized the return for the damaged/incorrect product, we will arrange for a collection of the product.

  • Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh/correct product.

  • We are not liable for any returns that we are not notified about within the stipulated time of 2 days from received the product. Please write to us at atrangibykritika@gmail.com for any further clarifications or you can contact us on our Instagram page @atrangibykritika.

  • Minor differences in colours and sizes of stones will not be entertained as these are natural stones and no two pieces are the same.

  • Atrangibykritika return policy covers damages & incorrect goods only.

  • Pieces bought on sale are not eligible for return/exchange. 

WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUNDS ON OUR PIECES.


EXCHANGE WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  1. Packages lost in transit when dispatched by us.

  2. Products that are incorrect or defective and the same has been notified for return within 2 days of receiving the product.

  3. The incorrect product is returned to us in the original condition - without being worn or tampered with.


EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  1. Products returned in a used or damaged condition from what it was sent.

  2. Products which have not been notified for exchange exceeding the 2 Days of notice period given by us.
